The item, shipping and tax are fixed for this example. A price change closes the goal and starts refunds; contributors are never silently charged more.
Funding & refund conditions
An order is created once the full target is paid, before the deadline, with the quoted item available and the merchant eligible to fulfil.
Before order creation, cancellation or expiry starts full refunds. A merchant failure also starts refunds. Refund requests and completed refunds are shown separately.
After fulfilment, disputes go to support. They do not silently erase the order.

Where every euro goes
Contributors pay only their chosen amount. In this example, the merchant pays one 2% Averon fee. Averon absorbs assumed processing costs of 1.5% + €0.30 per successful contribution. These are hypothetical rates.
Processing costs remain in this example after a refund. Support costs, dispute fees, tax obligations and other losses are not included. Small contributions can cost more to process than they earn.
